Creations and progress are stored on the child’s device, not the cloud.

Settings, subscriptions, and data requests are gated behind a parent-only section.

You can retrieve your Anonymous ID from the "Settings" Page of the Droodle App. Simply Contact Us with your Anonymous ID and we'll delete your anonymous ID and associated data from our database.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Droodle collect my child’s personal information?
No. We don’t collect names, emails, location data, or other identifiers. All activity is tied only to an anonymous ID so we can provide free creations and manage any subscription. We never know who you are, and we never try to find out.
Where are my child’s drawings stored?
Drawings are briefly processed on a secure third-party server to apply the “magic.” They are automatically and permanently deleted within seconds, even if a child includes personal details in the drawing. If you choose to save a creation, it lives only in your child’s on-device gallery, never in the cloud.
Can others see my child’s artwork?
No. Artwork is never visible to other users. Processing is private, temporary, and deleted right away (see above). Only you and your child can view creations saved in your in-app gallery.
